My name is Gabriel Kwasi Asare, I’m a professional agronomist and nature systems designer for farms. The core of the project is centered on stewardship, Independence and Multiplcation. After being an employee for years, I’m transitioning with my partner to running our farm in Chingangauka, Mulobani Village, Zambia. We want to improve the lives of the local communities that already have water in this area to engage in climate adaptation ans mitigation strategies to reduce poverty, starvation and access to basic education. Don’t have pets yet as we are still organizing ourselves on the farm. I live with my partner. No kids yet. Dry land farming, regenerative landscape farming and holistic agriculture incorporating all living organisms and creatures in the process. Crop production, pasture poultry, building earthen structures, community engagement, field days with farmers and sales at market stalls. The accomodations are decent and there’s access to electricity off grid for charging phones and laptops. We try to be as traditional as possible, staying away from modern technology and lifestyle. As our living space works with nature and prefer communing more often with nature as much as possible. Our philosophy is nature is the healer of mental health and nourishment to the body, mind and soul. We love to do things as a group. Eating together, cooking together and working together, worship together as we are Christians and still embrace those of other faiths. We have great natural spaces near the farm for exploration and we are along the road to Victoria falls. And the farm is near the house Dr David Livingstone built on his way to discover Victoria falls.
