We are a french couple, living in a remote village in outer-Kakheti (David Gareji area).
We work all year long (gardening, foraging, sheperding) to have good food in our plates and make our animals (mainly goat) happy.
We can teach how to milk and make cheese, but we usually don't ask volunteers to do those main tasks. They'll more be include in lighter tasks like sheperding (1/2 day), gardening, cooking and participating in our everyday life.
For now we settled an old wagon in our garden, to have an independant room for visitors. Yet it needs to be arranged (building a deck for some outside facilities (summer shower, dry toilets, sink, small kitchen, chill out), and we would need an hand on this work.
Showers and laundry happens to our place.
Most of the time we cook and take our meals together (3 times a day).
We love cooking good food, and we have a musician in the house (and many instruments)
Till we are very busy with our daily work, there are many small projects in progress all around the house (half-buried greenhouse, chicken coop to build, restore wine yards , food preserves etc) and we're open to start those depending on anyone skills. Though we like independant people, able to achieve tasks on is own once it is explain.
