Hey! We (45 m, 37 f) started this project after years of traveling, incl. EVS/EFD, WWOOF, We also couch-surfed and hitch-hiked, there was also some cycling involved. Our main interests are tree nursery, seasonal grazing/regenerative agro-forestry, permaculture gardening, … and a good time (in case there is no mutual love with our dogs, we will keep them out of your zone) Projects is in Pioneer stage, so we welcome brave folx, especially from the Hippie Culture! Rainbow welcome! Permies more than welcome! so far, we had 2 girls from France, 1 from Czechia and a Polish-Australian via another platform Before that, we had dozens of couch-surfers in our town apartment(s) over 2 decades This is a (0.9 ha) Permaculture Farm, meant to produce food for 3-5 adults while conserving and raising bio-diversity (wild flowers, insects, fungi, animals, …), we are enthusiastic about Syntropic Agro-Forestry, and we like to share our skills and knowledge. during the leafless season, it's mostly forestry, tree nursery, and some composting. maybe some foraging, little gardening. path maintenance, Benjes-hedges, Hügelbeet-culture, carpentry, clay walling, "Earth-shipping" - there is a wide variety of tasks to choose from. What are Your skills and interests? we use mainly hand-tools, and resort to diesel-power only when necessary. UPDATE: we now also use a battery-charged chainsaw (short), and battery-drill there is a 19th century house that takes all sorts of repair and beautification Accomodation: heated room (appr 15m2), matrasses, electric charger (solar power), byo internet Van-Life possible Meals: breakfast, warm drinks all day, dinner sometimes cold to save time, snacks to work, lunch and dessert we won't provide meat (but you can get it 2km away) usually, we are 90% vegan, majority seasonal and local we're ok with moderate amounts of (quality) animal products hiking within "European Green Belt", 3-countries walk, cycling, mushroom picking, ornithology, village has cafés and bars Grad is a historical town nearby city is 90mins away

I had a lovely stay in Kuzma! I did a lot of varied tasks (like building a bench in the house with clay, pruning trees, making an outdoor shower, planting vegetables…), which I really enjoyed. The food was great and nourishing. The environment was also beautiful, I made some great hikes and runs! The only thing you should know is that it is a self-sufficient place and for people that don’t mind if it is not so clean (no running water). If I’m close I will definitely visit again! Thanks for this wonderful stay and lots of love to you and the most adorable dogs ever ♥️
