I'm Anis a 5th generation olive farmer.
Passionate about agriculture, heritage and slow way of life we welcome curious, respectful WHOOFers from around the world who are engaged to learn and live simply in harmony with the land.
At our centennial olive grove you will experience dry farming, a traditional and sustainable method where olive trees grow without irrigation, relying solely on natural rainfall. this technique not only conserves water but also encourages strong, deep roots and high-quality fruit.
We also use organic composting, natural weed control, and seasonal pruning to maintain soil health and biodiversity.
We inherited the way of taking care of this century olive grove and we would like to share these inheritage and know how with you.
Our farm is located in the olive forest of the region of Sfax.
