Ecoproject Sweet Spot Farm is my small contribution to the planet. Our goal is to restore the soil by planting trees, growing vegetables, and protecting wildlife, creating a healthy and biodiverse environment. If you share these values, we invite you to join us in nurturing this new farm. By exchanging experiences with other WWOOFers, we can transform a once barren landscape into a thriving, green farm. It may seem challenging, but as you can see from the pictures, the land is already starting to flourish.
We’re planting trees, vegetables, and fostering biodiversity, all while creating a wonderful place to live. The farm is located just 10 km from Aglou, 20 km from Tiznit, and 2 km from the beach. We have some friendly animals, including dogs and cats, and there are others who visit, such as foxes, hoopoes, hedgehogs, and bald ibises (Ibis chauve in French).

Ich genoss “Sweet spot” für 2 Wochen im Dezember 2025.
Mohamed Afhims Biohof in der Wüste war für mich eine besondere Erfahrung, da für mich die Wüste bis dato immer als ein höchst unwirtlicher Lebensraum galt. So kostete es mich eine gewisse Überwindung mich auf diese Erfahrung einzulassen. Als ich dann sah, mit welcher technischen Infrastruktur (Solarenergie betriebener Tröpfchenberegnung) und einer klug organisierten Anbautechnik die Anpflanzungen im Wüstensand gedeihen können, wich meine Skepsis. Höchst interessant für mich war es auch zu sehen, mit welchem Engagement Mohamed, der umtriebige Projektmanager, nebenbei den Biohof als Ausgleich für sich betreibt, um sich selbst zu erden, wie ich ihn verstand. Ich blieb in der Zeit konsequent auf der Farm in der Wüste und durfte so täglich erfahren, wie mir dieses vermeintlich unwirtliche Ambiente nach und nach vertrauter wurde.
Ich danke Mohamed für diese lohnende Erfahrung und wünsche ihm weiterhin Erfolg.

Afhim’s place is a very interesting experiment. It was the first time for me to see how to grow in the desert, in the sand, and apparently it works!

This is an experience. Great project in relatively hard conditions. It is a great project that grows by trying to adapt to the conditions. If you like to transform things physically or mentally, you can always find something to do here. Be prepared for relatively hard conditions. It strengthens people in many ways. The farm looks as described in its own bio. The view is incredible. The sky is incredible. You can find many things to experience in the garden. Even just observing in the free time was great. There are many things to do physically and mentally. Weather conditions sometimes makes hard to work. If you have some experience in farming, you can handle most of the work. It can be challenging for the first experiences. The owner is a great person. There is a lot to write. I had good memories about life there.
