The main part of our activities take place in the Green House in Momin prohod and the newly emerging social center of Green Association in Stefanovo . Occasionally, we visit different farms and events in the countryside. Green volunteers can get rich experience in natural farming, basic construction work with natural materials and organizing events promoting sustainable living. Among the main activities to achieve our objectives are the organization of workshops, seminars, festivals and other events that provide valuable experience to our volunteers in the field of permaculture, community building, and event management in general. InfoPack -> http://bit.ly/23GreenPack The working hours of the volunteers are in general, 6-7 hours a day from Monday to Friday, within 30-35 hours per week. During the conduct of weekend events their due days will be compensated before and after the event. Volunteers are accommodated in shared rooms in a guesthouse or in tents. PARTICIPANT PROFILE With different competences and interests (sustainability, permaculture, event management, project’s development, youth activities, multimedia, etc.). Willingness to live in a community, sharing your personal time, space and ideas is a must! It's not easy being green... This was an amazing and truly inspiring experience — far beyond what I had imagined. The Green Place is beautifully situated by the mountains in a small village. The facilities are simple, which only enhances the wonderful atmosphere of a slower, more meaningful way of life. There’s plenty to do there, yet the daily work remains very manageable. Most importantly, the people and volunteers are great — genuine, warm, and welcoming. I can highly recommend The Green Place, especially if you’re seeking freedom, relaxation, and a great atmosphere.

Had a short but lovely stay. There’s a lot of work to be done but it’s a great project and wish them the best of luck. Hopefully I can come back one day :)
