Salam Alaykoum, Hi!
I’m Eva, part of the great Kamyaak Ecovillage adventure, founded in 2018 by Sahad Sarr.
We are an independent, diverse community with people from Senegal and around the world.
The village team includes Aby (village manager and women’s empowerment coordinator), Djibril (organic farming), and Ibrahima (animal care).
We are a Bayefall community and hold weekly spiritual singing rituals. Everyone is welcome and free to join.
You will meet Wolof and Serer community members, young locals, Dakar residents, and international visitors who live, visit, and help in the village.
Looking forward to seeing you! 🌱

Salam Alaykoum, Bonjour !

Organic Methods: We use composting, our sanitation systems follow composting and biodiversity principles (including treebogs), and we practice permaculture in the community garden—among many other sustainable methods!
