We live in a wonderful area with an incredeble view to the Kaukasus Range in a mild mediterane climate. On 1 hectar we are growing vegetables, salad, mirco greens and herbs. By now we are starting to build rised beeds for our spring and summer crops, as tomatoes, fenel, green pea, chard, cucumber and much more in mixed cultures. We are working according to moon calendar and according to demeter rules. We do also some Marinade, Fermentation, sourdough bread, Jam, and wonderful Juices. We would be glad to have woofers to join our project. we do, besides farming, lots of tests with natural remedy and we would appreciate to share our knowledge with interested people.

Jochen is an excellent host. I stayed for almost a month and really enjoyed my time, especially learning how to make fig jam, basil pesto, tomato sauce, apple & quince juice, sauerkraut, kimchi, etc. Jochen is also an amazing cook. Each meal was the highlight of my day.

Jochen hosted me with cordiality and appreciation.
He shared precious information, knowledge and great experience. I learned from him how to treat the plants, seeds, sprouting and watering plants in proper way, and how the process of transferring them from one soil to another. Besides, the process of installing the irrigation network in details.
We also spent a lot of time listening to his wisdom and experience, and we found them useful and enjoyable.
I would never forget all moments while we sat around you enjoying your wonderful cuisines and salad. I can only say that thank you for your time, effort and generosity.

I stayed 6 days at Jochen's place, a short experience but rich in learning: how to seed, harvest different kind of plants, but also understanding the overall functining of an agro-place in general, which was my objective during that stay. Jochen is happy to share his knowledge and answer all kind of questions. He also cooks marvelously and while volunteers are all over the territory, he is doing a series of culinary experiments :) It is also a very international atmosphere which I really enjoyed, with wwoofers coming from all continents! So I really recommend this place!

As my first WWOOFing experience, I am very glad that I picked Jammy Green farm. Jochen was a gracious host who really lived up to his motto: “if you’re happy, then I’m happy.”
There was a wide range of tasks to do around the farm, and plenty of excellent country cooking to fuel up on, not to mention the sipping of organic limoncello in the evenings. Jochen has a lot of knowledge and stories to share, and I found it hard to leave the idyllic setting with a perfect view of the southern Caucasus Mountains.

Jochen was a great host and made me feel at home. He loves to cook and I got to experience many tasty dishes. The tasks were varied, which made it interesting. I now have a certificate in making apple juice! My stay with Jochen was very pleasant. Thanks Jochen. I shall return.

Jochen is friendly and knowledgeable. We had some interesting conversations. He made me feel at home with his relaxed attitude and delicious meals. Tasks ranged from tending to veggie beds to making some of the many products he sells, such as fruit juice, tomato sauce, kimchi and lemon cello. I learned a lot and enjoyed my time there. Hope to return one day..
